1/4 cup roasted peanuts
DRESSING (for 4)
4 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon honey
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon grated ginger (or a dash of powdered)
dash of garlic powder
salt to taste
