Karen Keefer Pasta

8 oz pasta
½ cup cashews (slightly roasted)
sesame seeds (lightly toasted with garlic)
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1-2 tbsp hot oil
ginger (fresh)
scant ¼ tbsp coriander, cumin, garlic
fresh scallions on top (optional)
